He's riled by reports that Wayne Rooney's girl spent £1,343 on a belt.
Paul told The Sun: "I'm sorry that is too much money and not a lot of sense.
"She is just a hideous shopper. She should just go and get a bloody job."
Celebrity Shopper of the Year Coleen bought the expensive accessory in the Chanel store in Madrid.
Wayne had to pay though, as her credit card was refused...
And Paul made it clear that the big spender is definitely not welcome on his ITV show either.
"Have her on my show? Why?" he huffed.
Poor Coleen - a girl needs to keep her trousers held up after all.
