It's not something many of us would volunteer to do.
But Paula Hamilton whipped off her clobber as quick as a flash.
Oh, and did we mention it was on national TV?
She was doing her presenting thing on Britain's Next Top Model when she took pity on one of the wannabe models, when the girl in question wasn't so hot at baring all for the snapper.
So like the seasoned pro, Paula decided to lead the way.
Leaving nothing to the imagination.
She told the Daily Mail: "I kept my knees together, so the cameraman didn't get too much of an eyeful, but he still didn't know where to look.
"It was a spur-of-the-moment thing.
"You can see that by the fact that I've got a white tan line on my bottom, from where I'd been on a sunbed. If I'd planned to have been naked, I'd have had that covered with make-up.
"And there was a moment where I thought: 'Oh God, what have I done?'"
