And the girls dig out their sporty side in a game of flag football, in which you may see a few familiar faces return...
Things get steamy after the game, when the girls must impress the judges in a shoot with a group of hunky football players.
And there's an exciting prize to fight for this week, but who will rise to the challenge? And which girl will fall?
