After virtually a year out of the spotlight, Kylie Minogue is making plans to return to what she does best.
Shocking news that she's been diagnosed with breast cancer last May forced Kylie to pull out of her Showgirl tour.
But now, according to Closer magazine, Kylie's planning a new album and a big return to entertainment just under a year on.
A friend told the mag: "Kylie's feeling good... She's pleased she's got a clear head to start putting together a brand-new show and album.
"Her hair is quite thin at the moment after the chemotherapy, and she's not sure it will grow back enough for the tour she's planning in January.
"She's thinking it would be great to have Priscilla Queen Of The Desert-style wigs to entertain the crowds.
"She's really looking forward to having fun now."
There's no official word from Kylie, but we hope that all of this planning is an indication that she's winning her battle.
Speaking of the new tour, the friend added: "This time around, she wants the costumes to be less skimpy and she's thinking about new designs.
"She wants to introduce new songs into the mix too."
