Her hit single may be titled Bad Boys.
But Alexandra Burke is a good girl at heart.
Which is why she says drugs and the trappings of the industry aren't up her alley.
Talking to the January issue of Company, she said: "I've been so naïve to it until now.
"It's only been in the last month, when I've been promoting, that I'm like 'Are these people on drugs?'
"I went to a London Fashion Week party and, oh my God, It was horrible. I stayed 10 minutes and then I left.
"For me, drugs are negative and I'm very happy that I'm surrounded by supportive people who don't put me around that. I'm my own person and I'm very much against it."
She also talked about her figure: "Of course I (feel pressure to be thin), and I think anyone who is in this business and says they don't is lying. But I try not to get into the frame of mind of wanting to be skinny. I'm happy being a size 8.
"I'm heavier on my hips and smaller on the waist. I've barely got any boobs but I make up for it with my legs. I'd never get a boob job because this is what God gave me. I remind myself that guys don't like skinny girls, they like something to get hold of."
