Don't hold your breath waiting for Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend to tie the knot.
Because you'll sooner go blue in the face than get covered in their confetti.
Ms Char has revealed she's a bit of a wedding pooper.
Chatting in the August edition of Elle, she's said: "I believe in love but I don't believe in marriage.
"I saw my mother unhappy every day. What happened with my father was extreme, but my mother and I couldn't let it determine the rest of our lives."
She's referring to an incident when she was 15, which saw her mother, Gerda, shooting her abusive father.
She told Elle: "Back then if a woman was unhappy, she just had to put up with it.
"As a kid I didn't dream about my wedding day because I knew marriage wasn't exactly the stuff of dreams. I also don't believe in 'happy ever after'. Things could end tomorrow."
Talk about being optimistic.
The star also said: "There is a decorum that I believe in that just doesn't exist in Hollywood any more. I point blank refuse to be part of the way it is now."
Fair enough.
However, there is something she doesn't mind - her looks.
She said: "I don't have hang-ups about the way I look. I see myself in the mirror when I am all done up and think I look pretty hot."
And what of babies with Stuart one day? She said: "I'd be delighted if I found out I was pregnant tomorrow. And Stuart will be the baby's father."
