Appearing on the red carpet in New York yesterday, at a Givenchy party to celebrate the closing of Marina Abramovic's The Artist Is Present exhibition, Courtney posed for photographers sporting a voluminous bob and a surprisingly clear, tight complexion.
Although we're simply speculating at the moment, we don't doubt that we'll be hearing from Courtney again very soon, whether it's to explain her shock transformation or to spill more beans on her wacky antics.
She's recently been more vocal than ever, claiming she had enjoyed an affair with Gwen Stefani's husband Gavin Rossdale before the pair were married and a lesbian fling with Kate Moss back in the day.
