The actress is getting hitched to boyfriend Will Kopelman.
It will be the third marriage for Drew Barrymore, who has already been married twice - to Jeremy Thomas and Tom Green.
She's been dating Will since last February.
Will, the son of the former CEO of Chanel, Arie Kopelman, popped the question while the loved-up pair were on holiday in Idaho, though Drew's rep has yet to confirm any more details.
The rock which sealed the deal is said to be a D-cut, 4 carat diamond ring.
Drew hasn't had the quietest of loves lives. She married Jeremy Thomas in 1994 but the couple were together for just a month before splitting. She then married actor Tom Green in 2001, but the pair called it quits after just five months.
Since then, she's had long-term relationships with actor Justin Long, and The Strokes musician Fabrizio Moretti.
Since Drew doesn't do things by halves, we can't wait to hear more details of the big day. Drew has been notoriously private about this relationship, so let's hope that means Will is for keeps.
