The latest lady with a crush on him is no less than an Oscar-nominee.
Yes, Sunday night's Oscars saw Gabourey Sidibe attempt to get friendly with the burly Scot.
It all allegedly started when the actress accidentally stepped on his foot at a pre-Oscars party.
And he must have made quite an impression - because Gabourey took an instant shine to him.
When she found herself standing next to him again on the Oscars red carpet a few hours later, she told reporters: "I bumped into him.
"He's kinda sexy. I'd hit that."
Gerard twigged that Gabourey was talking about him and wandered over to find out what was going on.
And Gabourey wasn't shy about telling him the truth.
She repeated: "I kinda said, 'I'd hit that'. I'm not ashamed.
"I'd hit that. I'm sorry.'"
Gerard took a moment to gather himself before replying: "I'm here, I'm available, let's go."
A delighted Gabourey responded: "Let's grab a bottle of champagne and see where the night goes."
What a pair.
