This week Gwen Stefani's sleek and stylish up-do is the apple of our eye.
So we've decided to help you create the look at home, with a little help from an industry expert, of course.
We've enlisted the help of Jacqui Weaver, creative director of the Fish Soho Salon, who's given us a step-by-step guide to creating Gwen's style.
This sophisticated number would work with any up-do, but we've opted for a classic ponytail.
Follow Jacqui's steps to success:
STEP ONE
Apply a small amount of Swish Fish Silky Smoothing Cream (£3.99) to damp hair and blow dry hair sleek and smooth using a large round brush.
STEP TWO
Once dry, section off the front of the hair from just before the crown and smooth the remaining hair into a neat ponytail (whatever height you require) securing with a small band. Take a small section of the ponytail and wrap around the hair band to conceal, securing into place with a small grip.
STEP THREE
Now for the front section. Using a comb, create a neat parting far on one side. On the side with the least hair, comb and smooth back hair to incorporate into the ponytail, wrapping the ends around the hair band also, securing with a grip.
STEP FOUR
Repeat on the other side, but create a looser shape, allowing the hair to sit slightly more on the face, twist the ends, to push hair slightly forward before you wrap them around the ponytail to create an almost 'flick' effect on the side, again secure with a grip.
STEP FIVE
Smooth a little Sleek Fish High Gloss Serum (£ 4.99) over the hair to create that final high gloss high shine finish.
