And now Heidi Montag's been showing off her post-surgery look.
But has she gone too far?
Heidi unveilved her new self in People magazine, where she admitted that she was "beyond obsessed" with creating the perfect look.
The surgeries included a second nose job, a chin reduction, a breast augmentation and neck liposuction, to name but a few.
The reality star is currently trying to launch a pop career and she told People magazine that she is very happy with the results: "I love my new body. I still feel a little fragile, but I've never felt more beautiful and sexier. I didn't know I could have this much confidence."
So, is the quest for perfection complete? No. Heidi says she still wants bigger breasts.
