As a man used to being in control, it doesn't suit Simon Cowell to be at the mercy of anyone.
But someone's got him feeling so helpless he's been forced to call in the FBI.
So who's upset the media mogul this time?
According to reports, Simon has had enough of hackers stealing tracks from his music label Syco and uploading them on to illegal internet sites, no doubt cutting his profits in the meantime. X Factor favourites Alexandra Burke, Leona Lewis and Shayne Ward have all fallen victim to the pop thieves in the last couple of years and the problem is getting worse.
Apparently, computer hackers are making very light work of breaking through Syco's security barriers, despite the best efforts of Simon's team to stop them.
A spokesman for Syco said: "Hacking and stealing of songs is a real issue for many artists.
"We are doing everything we can to catch those behind this."
Let's hope America's top intelligence pros can help, otherwise Simon's fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy might not get that million dollar wedding she's hoping for.
