For most teenage girls, and a few of their mums, Zac Efron is a bona fide heart-throb.
But with his latest steamy shoot, we're guessing there'll be no woman who can deny his talents.
In black and white shots with a tousled quiff, Zac is the epitome of the forever-handsome James Dean.
Posing as the latest star of Wonderland magazine, the actor bares little resemblance to the teenage boy who first appeared on our screens in High School Musical.
Zac is set to star in a new film Charlie St. Cloud, which he hopes will help him shed the all-singing, all-dancing image he holds and there are more projects in the pipeline: "I've never been more excited. Right now, I feel like it's just getting interesting. There's always been a roadmap to follow up until now. But now it's like anything's possible and that's a really interesting place to be."
But one thing that isn't about to change is Zac's love interest. He's been dating fellow actor Vanessa Hudgens for 5 years and they're the ultimate young Hollywood couple. So what's their secret?
"What I will say is that there's a lot of drama and distractions and, you know, bullshit at this age with women that I don't have to put up with. But at the same time I'm getting to experience the amazingness and beauty of women. So I'm foregoing all of the negative things and really just getting the positive."
If only we were all as lucky.
But it isn't just Vanessa who holds a torch for Zac - does the female fan attention ever get too much? "Not really 'cause I don't get hassled too much. Fans are not a big deal - I love talking to fans. They're usually fun and they're usually girls to be honest. It's not the worst thing in the world."
And if there was someone who's experienced to advise on being a showbiz sex symbol, it's Leonardo DiCaprio, who Zac has been spotted spending time with: "He's been nice enough to hang out with me a few times. I wish I could say we were close friends. He's a cool guy."
You're not so bad yourself, Zac.
