Apparently, they've been checking out exclusive beachside properties in Malibu.

But it doesn't end there - Jen and John are also said to be making a permanent commitment - by getting matching tattoos.
The Daily Express reckons Jen's toying with adding a heart to the tatt she already has on her tummy - but apparently John has other ideas.
A source told the paper: "He had the idea that they should both have a 'J' tattooed in a secret place as that is both their first initial."
