The actress has revealed a stunning new look at the premiere of hubby Tom Cruise's flick Valkyrie, in Japan.
Kat arrived into Japan with her usual short locks, but turned up on the red carpet with a full head of lustrous, erm, hair extensions.
To fully max the effect, Katie piled on a face-full of slap and a sexy strapless top too.
The vamp-over comes after months of jibes from critics about Katie's drab dress-sense, messy hair and claims she looks pale and ill.
She really knows how to make a comeback.
She looks more like the Katie Holmes of Dawson's Creek days.
