Kim Kardashian has jumped to Jessica Simpson's defence in the great weight debate.
She reckons Jess' newly curvy figure is very attractive...
And that being "super skinny" is a no-no.
Kim's outburst comes in the wake of a flurry of comments over Jess' recently revealed fuller figure.
Commenting on the snap of Jessica at a concert looking noticeably curvier than in the past (below), Kim told People magazine:
"Call me crazy, but when I saw the picture, I was like, 'Oh my God, Jessica looks hot.'
"I actually love the outfit," she added. "I think she looks amazing. I love high-waisted jeans, I loved that belt, and her hair looked fabulous."
Kim herself is no stranger to criticism over her womanly shape, and is a staunch defender of being voluptuous.
Frenemie Paris Hilton famously referred to Kim's behind as a "cottage cheese butt", but later issued an apology for the remark, saying she was joking.
"It doesn't really bother me anymore," Kim said, of scrutiny over her weight.
"I love curves. Being super skinny just isn't attractive to me. When I saw that picture (of Jessica), I knew everyone was going to say something. And I thought, 'You know what? Leave Jessica alone.'"
Hear, hear. We couldn't agree more, Kim. And it's nice to hear a woman sticking up for her own sex too - a rare thing in showbiz.
