You don't want to mess with the nation's sweetheart.
She'll come down on you like a ton of (ladylike) bricks.
Cheryl Cole is taking legal action against MC Harvey and Now magazine.
The news comes following the much-publicised Twitter spat she had with Harvey about his claims of a "relationship" between them.
While the former So Solid Crew member insists Chezza sent him a string of emails, the Girls Aloud star has strongly denied it.
As a result, she's taking legal action against him and Now magazine, who published the initial interview.
Cheryl's spokesperson confirmed the news in a statement saying: "Cheryl Cole has today commenced legal proceedings in London against the publishers of Now magazine as a result of its two articles about her alleged "secret romance" with Michael Harvey.
"Cheryl's lawyers have asked to see Mr Harvey's alleged e-mails which the magazine says are 'proof' of the 'romance' but it claims not to have them in its possession."
The statement concluded: "Mr Harvey's claims are denied by Cheryl and she looks forward to seeing both him and the magazine in Court at the very earliest opportunity." (sic)
Ooooh. Didn't this all just get very interesting?
