Ms Cotton is as much a London lady as her EastEnders namesake Dot.

Born and bred in the Big Smoke, it makes sense that Fearne chose the city for a photo shoot.

Although, perhaps a warmer day would have been a bit more fun.

Fearne CottonFearne's found herself a new friend in the Capital

Fearne took time out of her busy schedule to step in front of the camera to promote her new clothing range for Very.co.uk.

She was spotted posing on a bicycle in Hyde Park, in a cute black dress and pump combo on Westminster Bridge and even cosying up to an armed guard next to his sentry box.

Why can't we have her job, just for a day or so?

The 30-year-old Radio 1 presenter tweeted about her day in the Capital, saying: "Just finished a very fun photo shoot around London. Cold but happy! Sort of got told off by one of the guards outside buck palace though!"

Fearne CottonWith the bouffant barnet and animal-print coat, Fearne's a dead ringer for the late Pat Butcher (jokes)A London-based story like this calls for some rhyming slang, so we've given it a go. Have a butcher's...

We love Fearne's backcombed barnet fair nearly as much as her boat race, but she's obviously more focused on trying to sell her style wares like that weasel and stoat. Just a shame she had to do it tod sloan, eh? Now Ms Cotton, get yourself inside with a steaming rosie lee and put your plates of meat up.

Confused? Not 'arf.
