But the pretty presenter looks cool, calm and collected as she runs errands in London.
Expecting her first child with funnyman Charlie Brooker, Konnie has been spotted showcasing her baby bump for the first time.
Casually dressed in Fair Isle boots, trackies and a baseball cap, Konnie's obviously putting comfort before fashion as she enters her third trimester.
Do we need to be pregnant to do that or can we rock up in our onesies tomorrow?
The 36-year-old married Charlie in a Las Vegas ceremony in 2010, after just nine months together.
Everyone in the celeb industry was pretty shocked when the two revealed they'd hooked up, as Konnie is best known for her tame Blue Peter days, while Charlie has a penchant for pushing the boundaries with his ascerbic writing.
But it seems the couple aren't the kind to do things by halves, with the pitter-patter of tiny feet on the way already.
Konnie was undoubtedly in need of some good news after being axed from The Xtra Factor after hosting the series in winter 2010.
She was replaced by Caroline Flack in the role, who happened to take on a youngster herself.
