Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were easily the most glam pair in The Hills.
But things have obviously changed, judging by these pics of them running errands in Los Angeles.
A far cry from her usual preened-to-perfection self, Heidi was snapped without make-up and fuller in the face at a local petrol station.
For someone who's made no secret about the amount of cosmetic surgery she's undergone, we're surprised the reality star has made such a dressed-down appearance.
The 25-year-old has spent $30,000 (£19,000) on 10 operations including breast implants, a brow lift, a nose job, liposuction on her stomach and thighs, having her ears pinned back and her chin reduced, and a bottom augmentation.
You'd think all that work would make pap shots such as these a little easier on the eye.
Her hubby Spence isn't looking himself either.
Sporting more weight around his belly, unkempt hair and dark shadows under his eyes, the 28-year-old's appearance is equally shocking.
