Hollywood's big stars are left empty-handed as The Artist cleans up.
These poor loves came all the way to London for the 2012 awards ceremony.
But there'll be tears on the plane home as some of the film industry's biggest names went unnoticed.

SIlent film The Artist was the big winner at the 2012 BAFTAs ceremony, picking up seven awards, and pipping a number of big names to the post - including Brad Pitt for Moneyball and George Clooney for The Descendants.

Both films failed to win anything at the Royal Opera House bash.
Also unrecognised was My Week With Marilyn's Michelle Williams, who was beaten to the Best Actress gong by Meryl Streep for her amazing portrayal of Maggie Thatcher in The Iron Lady.
Golden Globe winner Michelle might have better luck at the Oscars® at the end of the month, for which she's nominated in the Best Actress category for her role as Marilyn Monroe.

Brad and George both left as they arrived - alone.
The other half of Brangelina was busy promoting her directorial debut, In The Land Of Blood And Honey, at the Berlin Film Festival, and George's latest squeeze Stacy Keibler obviously had more important things to do, too.
Sorry George, if only we'd known you needed a date. Still, if you or Brad need a shoulder to cry on while you're in London...
Huge congratulations to The Artist cast and crew. Here's the list of winners and nominations in full...
